The Sexual Harassment of Women at\u00a0 Workplace\u00a0 (Prevention,\u00a0 Prohibition\u00a0 and Redressal) Act, 2013 came into\u00a0 force w.e.f. 09.12.2013 superseding the Visakha Guidelines. The rules in this matter have been notified and came into force w.e.f. 09.12.2013.\u00a0 Under\u00a0 Section\u00a0 19(b)\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Act,\u00a0 it\u00a0 is\u00a0 obligatory\u00a0 for\u00a0 an\u00a0 employer\u00a0 to frame\u00a0 the\u00a0 policy\u00a0 for\u00a0 prevention\u00a0 of\u00a0 sexual\u00a0 harassment\u00a0 at\u00a0 the\u00a0 work\u00a0 place\u00a0 and\u00a0 the procedure for dealing with the complaints arising from such Acts and display the same\u00a0 in\u00a0 a\u00a0 conspicuous\u00a0 place\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 work\u00a0 place.\u00a0 Accordingly the
