Madan Karthik, Vice- Chairman, in the presence of Dr. K Pommannaraja, Executive Director, Excel Education Group and Dr. R.Vimal Nishant, Principal, Excel College for Commerce and Science. Before the event Dr. P. Indrani, Assistant Professor,\u00a0 Department of Tamil gave a welcome address. Principal R.Vimal Nishant delivered a distinguished speech. Dr. D. Shankar, Head of Internal Quality Assessment Committee, Excel College of Commerce and Science<\/p>\n<p>Dr. K. Christie Jennifer, Academic Coordinator and Dr. S. Subramaniam,program Head, school of Commerce graced the occasion. Mrs. M poonguzhali District Transport Officer Komarapalayam and Mrs. K Suthakodi Government Primary Health Center Pallakkapalayam and Ms. P. Nilavathi,High Court Advocate Chennai participated as special guests to make women aware of how women can progress in their lives. They gave a special speech to educate the students about how they can defend themselves, how they can make themselves self- confident and progressive in the society, how women can prepare themselves for self- rights in education and government jobs.<\/p>\n<p>They gave a special speech to make the students aware that they can prepare. Special guests honored the professors and students who achieved achievements in the current academic year as well as women&#8217;s day celebration in the\u00a0 grand manner. Apart from that, the students were made aware of how to use the government&#8217;s Kavalan application on their mobile phones, how to use the mobile phones and how to protect themselves from the risks involved. More than 800 students and 40 professors from Excel College for Commerce and Science benefited from this event.
