This faculty development initiative was designed to invigorate teaching professionals through experiential and engaging training sessions.<\/p>\n<p>The two-day program was inaugurated by Dr. R. Vimal Nishant, Principal, Excel College for Commerce and Science, on Day 1, and by Dr. K. Manjula, Programme Head, School of Arts and Science, on Day 2. Who also welcomed the newly joined faculty members during her address. The sessions were facilitated by P.Y.Dr. Naveen, Head of the Soft Skills and Experiential Learning Division, Excel Technical Campus, and were introduced by Mr. B. Arulraj, Assistant Professor of English.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Naveen \u2019s interactive and reflective activities revitalized the teaching spirit through collaborative games, psychological insights, motivational challenges, and dynamic group-based engagements.
