Indhumathi, Assistant Professor\u00a0 &amp; Head, Biochemistry &amp; Clinical Laboratory Technology, delivered an insightful session on the significance of maintaining a balanced diet to enhance overall well-being and academic performance. Session 2: Topic: <strong>&#8220;Becoming the Best Version of Yourself&#8221;<\/strong> Speaker: Mrs. V. Aarthi, Assistant Professor, Commerce \/ Training &amp; Placement, inspired participants with practical self-improvement strategies and personal development techniques. The sessions were organized by Asst. Professor B.
